I keep my options open. Just depends on where I go and what they have on draft. Settled on an avalanche this evening. Light lager with a crisp refreshing finish. Perfect for washing down spicy wings. I got some with a blackened dry rub, then had them tossed in sweet habenero. Was pretty dang good. So was the rogering.
