I think...whoever wrote that tweet is not able to communicate effectively. Im thinking it meant he is bringing his mom and his siblings (mother's kids...not his). But who really knows these days beyond the fact that the verbage in that tweet is horrible. Also, no clue if it is trustworthy either.
