Is his knowledge of our offense a concern or not?

I wonder how that will play out with him coaching on the defense for Mullen 2 years. I guess it will work both ways. Neither has insight on the other players except for game tape mostly.

When Enos was at Arkansas as OC and Diaz was the DC at MSU with Mullen I think the game was in the 50s for both teams. Miami's new DC runs close to what Diaz runs and brings pressure a lot. I think he came from La Tech.

Scruff looks high and tight. He looks focused

He looks shorter, and darker as well.

MSU did pretty good at defending us last year. 1 TD and 2 FGs led to a 13-6 victory. That TD was on a trick play too.
we probably only knew about 25% of the playbook at that time. actually I'm not even sure we were comfortable with that amount.

#fakenews @ltraz has assured us that there was no difference in offensive performance from the beginning of the season until the end. We just played weaker defenses. No way the guys got more consistent, Franks learned his role better, or more of the playbook was installed.

Pretty hard sell to claim Meatchikin was worse than Kintucky, Tinerc, So Cakalaka or Vandy.

Same Meatchikin who is now called Top 10, even after thise three players left for NFL.

Mulkinz wasnt my first choice but no way Butters, Chimp or even earlier innthe season do we beat Clowns and Meatchkn 41-7.

No more than Mullen’s knowledge of his defense
Yeah, it just seems to me that that might favor the defense. Since our offense seems to depend on how many are in the box, suppose Manny invests a good chunk of preseason teaching his team to disguise how many are in the box. Could that be a problem?

My bigger concern is that defenses tend to be further along than offenses early in the season. That said, our defense should be able to shut down Miami’s non-existent offense.

Anyone who has watched 30 minutes of Mullinz football knows this.

Imo it just comes down to whether we can impose our will in the running game against Miami. If we don't it may resemble that KY or Miss State game on offense. Miami's secondary is probably their weakest group but I doubt we take a big advantage there if we aren't running the ball well.

Everybody knows that though. They’ll each be able to try things to bait the other. Nothing to be overly concerned about

Almost Game week! I can't wait to actually have some real game film to talk about. This off-season is taking forever. How many more days of camp? One or two?
