We matched up horribly with Mizzou and Locke...btw do you think that the same issues are gonna come up with Bryant that we had with Wilson from UK?...but honestly I was overconfident in a UK win...now I’m a little apprehensive to get too cocky...and for the record I don’t think we win too big Saturday...prob cover the spread and a few extra points

I was 100% sure we were gonna beat UK/Mizzou last season too and as confident as I am there are reservations now
But after those losses you were just as confident we were fckd and going to crash and burn...........we are all a little shell shocked after the previous 10 yrs...........imagine what it was like PRE Spurrier............

I'd like to see more games like this.

I would throw in a USF, a UCF (NOT 1 and 1 unless Orlando - like U /Gainesville), maybe FAU.

Can’t wait til Saturday and I’m glad we have it all to ourselves. Can’t make it to Orlando on time so we’ll be setting up the grill and throwing a party. It’s going to be a fun season.

Not this year. I dont like year 3 much though.
Wouldn’t surprise me if the record got worse this year. Our OL is shaky. We have a pretty good defensive front 4 but not front 7. Our safeties are iffy and shallow at best. Not to mention we won a lot of close games last year - a stat that generally evens out over time. I get the year 2 thing but the flip side to that is that we outperformed record expectations last year. An overall improved team might have a worse record in 2019.

I dont consider the difference between say, 3 losses and 4 to be significant. Or 2 losses even. I would be very surprised to see only 1 or 5.

Im not worried at all about OL. They will struggle at times but last year was the worst OL we will have. Otherwise I agree w everything you say. Lots of other things besides the OL bother me too.

8-4 would be disappointing to me, only because it would have to include a very bad loss. And I realize that’s a part of Mullen’s resume but I don’t like it.
