You mean the wife that’s actually a multimillion dollar per year Mary Kay rep? She was one of the big reasons he didn’t leave Norman in the first place. Now, after seeing her husband electing to step away from a 24hr/365day job, largely because he watched it kill his father, and while he is currently able to be in a step-down, much less stressful version of the game that he can do from their home area, she’s like “screw it, let’s uproot, go to Tallahassee and roll those dice”?

Noles better hurry up. Training camp starts this month for the XFL and I'm sure Vinny Mac would like this taken care of before their season begins and not have a franchise in limbo from day 1.

I will say this...the fact that Bob hasn't shut it down entirely makes me cautious.
But I wonder if he isn't using the interest to advance other interests. Maybe a push for a more prominent role in the XFL?

Regardless of who ever the Noles end up getting, would they make it public before the end of the regular season? Even if it was Bob, wouldn't they wait till end of year to announce it, cause Odell is technically a candidate? I know Bob is retired and they could announce it if they had him at any moment, just don't know if they'd do that to the current staff, unless they were guaranteed spots on his staff.
