Players on different teams are given stick ons for their helmets
for outstanding plays. Why not give them one for any penalty
they commit. Being on national tv, this might be effective.
A five yard penalty is a small one, ten yards a medium and fifteen
yards get an extra large.
It might help.

Instead of different sizes, how about a color code: bronze, silver and gold, or different shades of scarlet.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume this isn't a serious thread......but in the event it is here goes. We don't want to single out individuals for effort, good or bad. Mac is trying to instill a team first thought pattern BTW I've always hated the Buckeye's and Semie's for putting that sh!t on their helmets.
