1) I read another article about it. They say just about everyone in Russia has a dash cam because the "cops" are so currupt. Crazy.
2) WTF is with that Russian techno music.
3) I dont speak a lick of Russian. But I am certain "Morba Soooki!" means "Holy !"

And yet for some reason... there are some police departments who don't have them (dash cams). Not naming names here or anything of course. Even really old episodes of Cops (usually in Florida) have cars with dash cams ...back in the day.
