Best current UF head coach?

Outside of the big two (men's football and basketball) which coach is the best? Lots of great choices and of course Billy would be the answer if I included him.

If you would like include why you think your choice is best.

There are so many close choices I can't decide but the posters here are better informed than I so perhaps this will be an interesting question for some.
