Hmmmm. Looks like the UT administration will travel to Tallahassee for advice on how to cover up rapes and domestic violence against women.

I don't suppose these women could take a trip to Tally? Now that is a university that needs an a$$ kicking in this area.

Void all wins and close the program. That should solve all those issues with Tenn.

Title IX compliance is a serious deal and may still be the thing that takes down FSU and Tenn. if it was one incident, it's easy to discredit and dismiss an accuser but 6 women establish a pattern that's hard to ignore

This is what stood out to me, the number of accusers. Not so easily brushed off.

Dave Hart has his stink all over this. He's the sleaziest athletic director in the country and has been brushing violent conduct under the rug for years going back to his time at F$U. I also love that this story still won't go away for Manning:

Along with the plaintiffs’ stories, the lawsuit also includes allegations of misconduct by Tennessee athletes going back to a charge of rape against football player Nilo Sylvan in 1995. It also includes an allegation against quarterback Peyton Manning, who was accused of “sitting on the face” of a female athletic trainer in 1996.

It's one thing that it happened. But another that a UT player was assaulted for assisting the victim. Probably going to go bad for UT. And no, no way that UT is as slick at FSU in getting out of it.
