That is both embarrassing for the university and absolutely despicable. Hopefully the NCAA will step in similarly to how they handled Penn St, but it's unlikely that the penalties will be that severe.

Title IX compliance is a serious deal and may still be the thing that takes down FSU and Tenn. if it was one incident, it's easy to discredit and dismiss an accuser but 6 women establish a pattern that's hard to ignore

Dave Hart has his stink all over this. He's the sleaziest athletic director in the country and has been brushing violent conduct under the rug for years going back to his time at F$U. I also love that this story still won't go away for Manning:
