Says he committed to the U and not to the coach. Then says he will be with the U as long as the wr coach is there. Doesn't sound as if he will flip.

Also, bspn lists all the things wrong with Miami and then talks about all the good coaches who want to go there.

WR coach probably won't be there either.

He also may not be as high on Mac's board as we think he is.

Of course, Craig-Myers is #1 on my wish list, but. how do you explain no fans, no stadium, poor facilities and a top ten recruiting class and coaches wanting to go there ?

Yep, we've already got some good WR commits in Hammonds (ESPN #12), Swain (#49), Wells (#59) and Johnson (#72, but he's going to be a TE for us), and Green (2017), with Craig-Myers (#2) saying all the right things and McDoom (#25), Ridley (#37) and Victor (#43) still in the mix. Not a huge deal if Bruce (#8) decides to not join the party, but he'd be silly not to.

Miami is still a huge TV draw and sits in the hot bed of recruiting and sends a lot of players to the NFL...7 last year from a 6-7 team. Go figure?

Every team gets on TV. Miami doesn't draw more than anybody else anymore and they get 10s of fans in the stadium that is 20 miles away from campus. The administration doesn't really care if the football program is good or not... don't get your hopes up bro... Bruce is going to be a Gator and NCM also.

The irony in this quote is comical to me. He says he committed to the U and not the coach but then indicates he will be there as long as a coach is there. :giggle:

Bingo! I suppose he can get into UF, but maybe not.

Numerous other teams have made sizable inroads with regards to So Fla recruiting. Between facilities, kids wanting to play in a real stadium, and cases of kids and/or their parents wanting to see them leave Miami-Dade, that will only continue.

Plenty of teams send a ton of players to the NFL draft. Those kids that were taken last year cost themselves millions by not going to a program that could properly develop them. See Bush and Howard on this year's team.

There are much bigger TV draws out there. And frankly, it seems like every time your games are aired, half of the non-game-related discussion is about your poor attendance or excuse making for the state of the program. Probably not a good thing if people are watching.

I don't care if we land a 5'6" receiver. Like law says, we don't need any smurphs.

Isaiah Johnson is committed to us. He is 6'2 and 212 pounds. And has had a touchdown virtually every week this season. Completely underrated and a big receiver.

FYI - He's projected to be a TE for us.

I think Bruce is too attached to Irvin. They'll both end up at Da Ewe where they can do steroids and 'cain with their pops.
