Certainly the 2 2017 guards in the top 100 and one right around 50 is pretty much like Donovan recruiting his last few years. If both are guards, I like that they have good size. If Ballard is a SF, I worry he is a bit undersized.

Yes he could be growing, but from what base? Is he 6'6" as most sites list him or 6'5" or even 6'4" as Scout lists him.

I guess that could be it. Likely he is growing and he was 6'3" tall reported as 6'4" when scout got a measurement and others got one later. The alternative is he told Scout the truth and later learned this is an area where everyone embellishes.
