Thought of it immediately. How many laterals? The refs reviewed for ages, then said explicitly that no knee was down and the bock was from the side. Incidentally, the. refs called 3 interference penalties in a row to facilitate the Duke TD with six seconds left. Also Duke declined a 10 second run off which, if taken, would not have left time for a kick off.

Actually the one in question occurred on the 25 yard. line and it was a side block according to the refs and the announcers concurred and that's what I saw too. Guess it is all in the eyes of the beholder.

You are correct, penalties are not reviewable. They stated they were reviewing to make sure a knee never touched the ground during all the laterals.
