This is the biggest part that stood out to me, he goes out of his way to say he accepts the blame and that the actions are inexcusable, then he immediately deflects all blame by stating how much he has done to combat this, and implies the actions are totally excusable because everyone does them and FSU is just like everyone else.

This dipsh*t should run for congress, he'd be perfect.
