SDS says Jordan Stevenson, 5-10, 210, 4 star RB 2015 signee denied admission at Wisconsin is being pursued by several high profile programs inside and outside the SEC, including UF. not sure we have a chance or need considering our RB signings but still, gotta love Mac's relentless pursuit of potential contributors.

Wonder why he was denied admission to Wisky?
I'm assuming academics would be the reason.
If so - how would he then qualify to enroll at UF or somewhere else in the SEC?
Wouldn't that little issue follow along with you?

UF certainly has never wasted time in the past on guys whose grades weren't up to snuff so I am as bemused as you are. We got some good guys coming in at RB and have some talent in place already so I am not even sure he would look at us as a first choice anyway. But, the article leaves a lot of gaps in its information on the dude and his circumstances so maybe there is something else going on besides grades because at the moment, Mac and Co. do seem interested along with a looooonnnnnggg list of other schools.

Of course the article doesn't mention why he was denied admission. I would like to believe that Coach Mac wouldn't be pursuing him if he were a screw up, either in the classroom or in the eyes of the law.

I must admit this embarrasses me some. For what was he denied admission? And how is he going to get in here? It's not like we are Barn, Bammer or Cowbell.
