In spite of the Super Bowl win, Gruden was the worst thing that could have happened to the franchise. He thought he was smarter than McKay and helped run him out of town.

Like here, when the talent pool runs dry, you die.

McKay and Dungy built that team from scratch. All it took was an egotistical Gruden and the terminal disinterest and stupidity of the Glaziers to undo it all.

You reap what you sew.

Are you suggesting TB was a dynasty before Gruden got there? There’s a LOT more to that history than your summary.

I'm not sure what shocks me more, Matt Elam predicting Brissett would have a long Hall of Fame Career, or that Elam himself is out of the league.

Matt and Jacoby go way back. Played football and basketball at Dwyer. Jacoby was a standout at both. He played point guard and was the team leader. I believe they won states either junior or senior year.

Freaking Brissett-led Colts played one hell of a game against the unstoppable Chiefs tonight.
