Maybe but this guy Fleck was supposed to be the next sure fire thing....If you were someone flying under the radar and working your way up through the ranks it might make sense....Ala Bert.....Some people were ready to anoint this Fleck guy as the next Urban/Saban/Peterson or such.....so I'm not understanding this move.
