Thinking back to Meyer’s transition off-season. Lockout, banned from wearing the gear, bull in the ring, inspections of living quarters, monitoring class attendance, etc. Everything pushed toward mental and physical toughness. Almost to a man those guys credited him with changing their lives.

I do hope Billy’s design has similar results.
