Got it. Good college coach who found the NBA difficult. I am disappointed in White but haven't quite given up on him. When we replace him, I do want someone who can coach like Beilein.

Beilein is a tactician and teaches solid fundamentals. He’ll go back to college and get a good gig somewhere.

Why doesn't Mike White have those qualities? White is a crowd fanalgesic ... we're getting numb.

Beilen is a great coach but he had more than a few seasons where he had some higher loss counts. Even at Michigan he had multiple seasons with 10-16 losses. He would be under fire here.
But everywhere he went he had programs that had some outstanding seasons. He was very honest/clean and truly focused on development.
