SOS would have been a better coach for JD. Maybe he wouldn't have recruited him but he damned sure would have developed him to his potential and if he didn't perform he would have sat him. So before blaming the kid, look at the coach.

When I was 15 I was on a family Trip in Florence. I left the hotel after dark and walked down to the Arno by myself. At some point I noticed a large group of young travelers hanging out in the middle of a bridge. The entire group was singing "Love the one you're with" around a guy with a guitar. It was quite a moment for a young man with burgeoning wanderlust. I think about it every time hear that song, and I often wonder if that was the spark that made me a constant traveler for almost 40 years.stephenPE said: -
