S&C coaches qualifications

I found a discussion of this article on another site and thought it would be a great discussion topic here.

I wonder what qualifications our current coach has and our previous ones as well. It seems like another area where we need to get the best most qualified.

If I were OX I would say discuss, but since I am not have at it will have to do.
