True. And the one we have that did take snaps, not on there??? But perhaps its encouraging that we have a QB on that list and his potential with a decent coach.

I expect they ran with the common assumption of WG taking the starter's role (eventually), and they were only ranking the top/starter for each school. Still, I don't see how they would put WG ahead of TH at this point when one has taken snaps and the other hasn't. Odd rankings. Wonder where TH would be....90's? 100+?

Kind of pisses me off that Treon is not on the list yet Dobbs is 3rd when Dobbs was 4-1 and Treon was 4-2.... Seems like the expectations are through the roof with Grier, hope he works out.

What kills me is that there are a couple of schools on this list that hasn't even announced who their starter will be, so how can they rank them? SMH

Once again the crackpipe altered media strikes.....Dobbs of UT higher than Allen of Arky??? Somebody needs to write less and actually watch some football. We'll see how good UT's QB looks lying in a broken reap on the turf at BHG...

Athlon reasoning:

"72. Will Grier, FloridaWhile Grier – a redshirt freshman and four-star recruit – is considered the favorite to start, Treon Harris will also see time in the opener. New coach Jim McElwain should help the offense take a step forward after managing only 24.9 points in SEC games last year. - See more at: https://athlonsports.com/college-football/ranking-all-128-starting-quarterbacks-2015#sthash.qX2qyQYn.dpuf"

I guess they have been reading the board.

I'm more astounded that he's above Kyle Allen. Guy that proved he could sling it last year against legit competition unlike Dobbs.

The media loves "dual threat" QB'S and pretty much always rank them above guy's who can actually play the position.

Fun fact about Greyson Lambert, uga just named him their starter. This guy lost his job at 5-7 Virginia last year and was told he needs to move on if he wants to play again.

Yes they are! I will use this list to help with my game picks throughout the season. Should give me quite an advantage in the office football pool.

Why would Treon rank below Dobbs when his QBR last season was higher than Dobbs'?
