Finley seems to be building a strong program on the women’s side.

I find it interesting that a successful new coach in our athletics department is one that Scottie the moron stumbled into versus actually hiring.
Maybe the football program has an assistant on staff that can truly build a program?
If so, just don’t let Scottie choose him because he’s guaranteed to get it wrong.

He offered her the job only after she did well as the interim so I see no evidence that Scottie had any idea that she would be a viable option.
