The scholarship limits (85) are the next thing to go. For us, this could mean a lot of kids who would like to go to UF but are forced to head to Louisville or wherever will no longer happen.

Back in the day, Nebraska was the original Three Star U, and they did so by having like 200 players, mostly "walkons" who still went to schoolmfor free by some shady county based "academic scholarships". I remember reading an excerpt where Joe Montana said he was one of five or six freshmen QBs. Regardless, if you are going to struggle with landing elite talent, landing A LOT of the next tiers and sifting through them for the few that become great producers a way to overcome.
