I'm in favor of doing away with the drug testing for weed. Harder drugs and any PEDs, but if you're gonna test college kids for weed, why not test them for alcohol, as well. Need to get with the times.

None of what you said is correct. Weed will only stay in your system for months if you were a chronic user. Otherwise it's only slightly more than the other drugs you listed above

It's also important to know that it's not the drug that is tested for, it's the metabolite.

Also, the drug leaves your body as soon as it's used. It's the metabolite that stays in your body. A metabolite is the result of your body metabolizing the drug.

I totally agree. These kids do more damage to their bodies by the act of playing football than smoking some weed will ever do.
