Year three for Charlie, and it's a make or break year. I hope it works out. But Butch Jones did say it takes 6 or 7 years to build a program.

Happy for Charlie. Never liked seeing Texas win, but I think college football is better when they're relevant (a cliche I hate even as I write it).

EDIT: On second thought, I think I just really enjoy it when Notre Dame loses.

Now Durty, I heard Nuss stays up night and day designing pass plays that will gain 5 Yards. As Ty Cobb said, "anybody can hit home runs". Oh well, I mixed my "metaphors". I'm beginning to think our OC is a little doltish.

Helluva game. I thought the Horns were done when they blew the big lead but they showed grit and fight, and in the end won the toe-to-toe. Must feel sweet because ND de-pants them last year in the worst loss in Texas history.

If we still had Grier our seasons outlook would be similar to Texas. Instead it's looking like 7-8 win season.

Mac's fate depends on what he brings in this year and 3 stars ain't going to cut it.
