He flopped in every big game there too, there just weren't many big games. Multiturnover games when it mattered.....
So he went from being the laughing stock of college qbs to throwing for 4,000 yards with 63% completion percentage, with 27 passing tds to only 8 interceptions (also ran the ball for 323 and 5 tds), but somehow he still sucked? Sorry. But you’re wrong.
If he had a legit qb coach who could have developed him early on he could have been good for us. I’m not talking Tim Tebow good but good nonetheless.
He was less of a QB than Jordan Reed, which is exactly what model we should have followed. Moved him to H back, and played the NFL QB we had on our roster sitting on the bench.
