I would expect a QB to struggle kicking 50yd FGs. If he wasn't struggling at that, he's in the wrong position.

Gotta remember that the State of Texas has produced the most currently "starter" QBs in the NFL. And also remember, out of the 2015 (Trask's sr. year) top 50 Texas team starter QBs, 33 of the top 50 would have also sat on the bench behind D'eriq King (Manvel's QB).
