I kinda hope it's too late. This wasn't some surprise that ut was a dumpster fire. Anyone who willingly signed up for that probably deserves whatever comes with it.

It's also obvious that wherever this kid goes, a head coach gets fired. Potential playing impact aside, I think that's the reason @ltraz was so hopeful he'd land here.

He is from Crisp County, GA - a 3 hour drive to UF

Walk-on DE w/ starting experience transfers to Florida:

6'2 245lbs, second leading tackler on the 2019 Akron defense. Did not play in 2020.

He was actually recruited by UF under Butters, had a decent offer list (some lower level P5 schools, like Pitt & Indiana). He was a ILB at 220lbs out of HS and was a tackling machine (over 120 tackles his senior year). He'll likely be nothing more than a depth piece, but he could get in some ST's and maybe mop up. He played at 240 his last year at Akron it looks like.

ToTo would be our best LB by a zillion miles but I think he is from CA originally so he may want to go west. ToTo will probably bypass Dorothy and Kansas on his way to CA.

With our LB corps, a guy like ToTo does not need spring. ToTo is welcome anytime as far as I am concerned.
