Some big mouth probably said I got it, then didn't want to pay after Lane and Brantley left. Brantley's tab was $42.00 and change. Can we please wait for the facts?

I just can't see Lane getting in deep **** for $17.00.

So he lucks out and only gets a notice to appear in court for a suspended license instead of a trip to jail and then fails to make his court date. What the heck is wrong with these kids.

It looks like his bond is 5K so 500 bucks to get him out the Hillsborough County Jail I guess.

Could be for a variety of moving violations, but you're right. And it seems to be a lack of common sense.

Ever tried to find a parking place around the campus? Or in an urban area? Ever seen what the tickets cost once you "forget about them" for a while? It's not uncommon for them to be 500-1000$ for a freakin parking ticket in some of these towns.

That's crazy. I've had my license suspended 3-4 times. One of those times I asked for an appointment to get a work permit during the suspension. But they scheduled the appointment a week after the suspension was up, so of course I didn't bother to go. Nobody arrested me.

Expected this for Brantley. But I'm a little surprised they were willing to wipe the slate clean for Lane given his streaky past.
