So after dumping football, UAB is bringing it back. They raised 17 million in no time. Also stated, they want to make the athletic department profitable in 5 years. I can't see that happening. Also back women's bowling and rifle!

I get the rifle (backed by $$ from the NRA), but I wonder who pitched in $$ for the bowling?

I guess their bowling team was ranked in the Top 20, so was likely one of their most successful programs.
