UF Spring Practice Thread: Final Scrimmage Complete

I couldn't possibly have less interest in Gator football than I did in 2012 and 2013. That was rock bottom.
Next year will be which game gets Mullen fired? Or, more excitingly, will Mullen fire Grantham mid season to save his own hide?
It's a given that we lose to bama, UGA and LSU so those won't get him fired. A loss to FSU won't be a shock.
Tennessee could... on second thought, that's crazy talk.
But I could see KY, Vandy, SC or Mizoo running roughshod over Grantham.
So the dead pool for next year is which game gets a coach fired?

 

Unfortunately he'll survive 21 even if we suck like a black hole, but that will be it for him. He either wins big in 22 or he's gone by the time dwags kick our ass again.

 

Ladies and gentlemen, it really does seem that the only fans that care about competing for Championships are on this site. Strick and the other site dwellers have deluded themselves that we are on a trajectory to compete for them with absolutely no evidence to support it. They can't point to our FB and BB coaches track records. We have become excuse makers and the wait til next year, or the next.
I effing hate it!!!!

 

I'll make a deal. Go back to that block F for our logo, and I'll get vaccinated.

I'm not as opposed to the slant as some here. But it's definitely not as good. My issue is that you have no choice in the matter and are completely out of luck if you prefer the traditional F.

It's like "green" suddenly being sour apple instead of lime like it had been forever. Not sure who the commie was that made that call, but it sucks and he/she should be arrested.

 

Which logo would people prefer?

Im not really sure what to think about Sweater Albert.

Some disaster of a cartoon by a middle school kid no doubt taken from looking at his grandfather's sweater collection.

Anybody who wears a turtleneck sweater and no pants, without a second thought, is ok in my book. The block F and “no nonsense” demeanor is just a bonus.

Ftr, I don’t have an issue with the head logo either. I thought this was about the F.

 

Yeah, again, I have no issue with the head logo. I prefer the old school one I grew up with, but they’re both fine, imo. And both can be found fairly easily. I just wish we’d apply the same mindset with the F. The slanted one feels like baseball to me.

Really, when I saw you’d quoted me, my biggest fear was that this was about the lime/sour apple thing.
