TTAB Ruling Nullifies Cancellation Bid on Expired Zima Trademark
Somebody filed a petition with the Federal Trademark Trial and Appeal Board to cancel the Zima trademark. That action became moot when Molson-Coors, the trademark owner, allowed its Zima trademark registration to expire.
