Do you ever get tired of embarrassing yourself? Give this crap a rest.
What is embarrassing about pointing out what everyone can see? Billy is terrible at his job. A third of his class bolted over the last month and our best players have transferred to division foes because they are tired of losing !

Spurrier wasn't a prick. At worst, he was a magnanimous prick. Urbs is just a prick. I think Spurrier is the kind of guy that would actually swing on you. I see Urbs as a flinching bitch.
Agree on Spurrier, disagree on Urbs. I think he’d fight too. The difference is Spurrier wouldn’t feel the need to gouge your eyes or kick you in the nuts; he knows all he would need is his fists. As for Urbs, well, all’s fair….

I wanted this fanbase to give him a chance. I never claimed he would win at UF. Never. He's still here, so I'm still giving him a chance - now a 10% chance at success.

As for Meyer, I'd sure love to get him back. However, I just don't think there's a chance in hell that those in charge would hire him even if he was interested. They primarily view his run at UF as an embarrassment, despite an overflowing trophy case. He's been shunned for the Ring of Honor for a reason.
The “Those in Charge” part has got to change first before this train gets put back on the tracks. I truly believe many more understand and believe that now than before. Billy has not been able to show the capability to compete at a winning level thus far, much less contend for championships. Two years is not long by pre-portal, -NIL, and -playoff standards, but it is an eternity nowadays to endure losing records and no chance to compete for championships. That’s just the way it is now.

Billy is as much a symptom of the problem as he is the cause. The guys really responsible are the one(s) who have the power to pull the plug and the longer they wait, the more ground the program loses. It sucks that it’s like that, but that’s the evolution of the game and the current mess that much of it has become. Time to ride or die.

Speaking of those in charge, if Sasse has as big an ego as most politicians, and half a brain, he has to know that the way to forever endear himself to the alumni is to hire the next great coach, ala Bernie Machen. If true, he strikes me as willing to throw caution to the wind and hire an Urbs or a Kiffen and, channeling his best Al Davis, say, “just win, baby!”

We can keep saying stuff like this until we're blue in the face. It's not happening and we have no control.

You guys have made fun of me for years for defending Meyer. Remember that stupid photoshopped picture of me and him cuddling on the couch? Somebody dig it up and post it. Suddenly everyone is drooling over the guy returning.

There have been the usual asshats including Buddy claiming all these fuchsing loser ass coaches are never getting fired... and they always get fired.

Billy has done enough to get fired twice already and will crash even more hilariously next year.

It will certainly be hilarious to you, of that I have no doubt.

As for your idiotic point, Butters would STILL be roaming our sideline if he hadn't forced his way out.

No one survives 4-8 regardless of how much cameraderie Buddy and Dooley find in the a fellow fat, lazy ass, usually stinky moron. Hell, his loser ass will probably get fired next fall at Central Meatchicken next fall after this third losing season.

From your keyboard to gods ears . Would’ve made a great Christmas present if he just got the hell out of Gainesville and quit .

I thought the first 5 years were great. The last one sucked but I blame Foley for begging him to stay when he’d obviously checked out already.

You forgot to add
vs UT: 6-0
vs UGA: 5-1
vs FSU: 5-1

16-2 against the top three rivals in six seasons. Not admiring them and giving them fellatio at every opportunity.

I think we can all recall how proud Urban was of hefty Phil , Helen hunts brother and Bobby .He spoke of it frequently.

Sad but true. However, it will have to happen eventually for a change of direction. It has taken me a while to process the state of college football and time to make changes have to be almost at a split second now in order to just keep pace, much less gain ground. It is not like it has been previously. Again, it’s crazy, but you either adapt as fast and efficiently as possible where personnel, staff, schemes, S&C, and every other programmatic facet is concerned or risk your program dying in the mud.
