I sat down with Ox over dinner and drinks and a couple strippers and explained to him the risk of going to the full-upfront payment strategy. Take the lesser recurring income stream, I said, and you'll be able to cover costs and retire early. But, no, he has another late-'80s Corvette he wants to turn into a lowrider and he just wouldn't listen.
