Is there a video of the actual incident? I saw video of some women walking away. Was that it?

That was the point of the video. She wasn't staggering near unconsciousness, nor bleeding profusely which she would have been had a tooth been knocked out or lose. They're just casually walking away as if nothing, or very little had happened.

The video is of the women walking away. A blonde talking to the camera and politely thanking them. A mouthy chubby midget mouthing off about her $20 shoes and a third girl who I guess is the extortionist calmly walking away.

listened to three different draft analysts this morning, when mentioning the DV incidents among draftable players none of them mentioned Brantley. Hopefully that is a sign from NFL personal guys. Mixon and Lewis come up in every case, but also a kid from Michigan (can't remember the name).

Typical rush to judgement.

The only verifiable fact right now is that his Draft Value disappeared.

And if it's discovered her charges are 100% false, he should sue her for the money she cost him. It's time we start holding false accusers responsible. I'm sick of these women falsely accusing men and nothing gets done to them.

Sue for what? She probably doesn't have any money.

It sucks but suing is probably a waste of time and his money.

Sue her for damages. Damages to his career. "IF", notice I said if? IF she is lying, and that can be proven, she needs to do jail time. Women have been getting away with false accusations for too long now. They need to be held accountable. Some of us are sick of the double standards in this country when it comes to how the laws treat men and women.

It's not always about money...and even when it is, it's not always about an immediate return, or even a return from the accuser specifically, but rather correcting the record, and being given a real opportunity to earn his potential, as opposed to being held down by false accusations.

If she falsified her testimony to police...I am all for jailing her even though it's probably a misdemeanor and would be plead out to probation.

Suing her for damages? Say he wins...it's just a piece of paper if she doesn't have any money. If she does...sure plead her dry but I doubt she has much at this point of her life.

See my response to Nav. Don't you think teams made some inquiries and did some leg work on what happened?

Given they've only had about a week or so to inquire...how much do you think they've really found out?
His falling stock has more to do with what they don't know because they can't get answers yet, than what they do.

It's not always about money. Sometimes it's about principle and integrity.

Entirely possible. Seems odds though. Other teams have taken questionable guys. I hope he is innocent. He is also the poster child for staying out of the bars/clubs until after the draft.

Well he is losing a couple of million as of right now.

Interesting that Mixon & Dede Westbrook both went top 3 rounds while both have much more baggage and proof that they're women beaters...

If your guilty of striking a woman, you shouldn't be drafted IMO. Want a second chance? Make me earn it as an undrafted FA.

Exactly. She ****ed him out of a ton of money. If she's got 20 dollars to her name he deserves it. And any of her lawyers that were looking for a pay day should get the shcit sued out of them too.

I didn't think Brantley was ready to come out to begin with...then you add on the allegations and it royally screwed him!

And yet, Brantley as of 5th round is undrafted. Sometimes life sucks.
