Yes I agree that Fields has the potential of being a game changer but he's as unproven as Franks at the moment. Neither have played a single down of college football (at least not in a game).

Why is the future brighter with Fields?

I'm playing devils advocate but couldn't it be possible that Fields has maxed out and Franks is just starting to scratch the surface of his potential. Only the future will tell.

Anyone that tries to sound for certain at this very moment which will be better doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground. Probably the same that thought no way 4 star Grossman would ever beat 5 star never lost a high school game Brock Berlin...Grossman took a redshift his first year so obviously he sucked
