You're right, he's had zero NFL success. Mac should disavow the relationship. Fields should go to FSU because Jumbo's guys started. They literally sucked a dick playing, but they started. We'll just wait for Mac to get someone to start for a shytty NFL team and put up shytty numbers and the QBs will come a running

Jameis Winston has looked ok. Ponder and Manuel having jobs while Tebow does not is proof the NFL didn't want to give TT a fair shot.

He's also saying that recruits will study and analyze these things. Well both of those two QBs draft position had nothing to do with Jimbo. EJ was drafted on measurables and Ponder was drafted that high because the draft was so weak. Jimbo had nothing to do with it. I'm not saying Mac is a Guru, but he's not outclassed in coaching by Jimbo. Hell, he took a 3* at CSU and turned him into a 3rd Rd pick. Not sure about hand size but Fields already has the measurables. He's smart so he'll pass that test they give them. All he really has to do is stay healthy and not suck.

If the roles were flipped and JF was here you'd say he was SOS 2.0.

I'm in the camp that those issues are being overplayed, perhaps even fabricated to some extent. If there was something very real to it...all of these schools would be avoiding him entirely, one would think.

Considering what we have, and though again I'd much rather have Fields, I would take Corral too if he wants to come to UF.

Oh I'm sure they've been overplayed (this is the internet we're talking about) but it does seem several schools have backed out (again could turn out to be not true). I'm not sure if I wouldn't rather try to flip Williams from Ky but Corral's coming to FNL last I heard and I think he's a take if he wants to commit.

He seems to be heading to visits to most of the SEC major players that have been mentioned previously, so I'm not sure where schools have backed out. He did switch July 21 from a Bama visit to UF visit, but still intends to visit bama sometime after.

I'm just sick of "almost landing" all these 5 star kids. It's extremely deflating to be the University of Florida (which basically recruits itself) and be everyone's 2nd or 3rd choice.

If Eason doesn't turn into a stud and he didn't show much his Fr year, Fromm could leave if not given a chance. You'd be talking about not playing until your RSJr year or Sr year. But yeah, not a good thing. Although, I think Auburn sets up better for Fields than UGA

Since visiting us he's said Bama is back in it as well as USCW. If he was this serious about UF why would he be adding school to his list. Mac is Mac we all know he can't recruit. I really thought he had a chance for some reason but it's over. I think you go all in on Corral at this point

Agreed...hopefully they are smart enough to see it also! I think he's trolling us and will end up in Tally. Afterall it's not like Jimbo hasn't had several players string us along ( then commit to them late) and leave us looking stupid before. I think Corral will be the better of the two before it's all said and done anyway.

He beat up a kid in high school that was kin to some of the staff and they booted him from school. Allegedly they then started spreading rumors he was a "cokehead" and liked to party more than go to school. He's a take regardless!
