Was she qualified to fill that position? This happens in all business aspects, family members get preferential treatment over those applying for the same job. This unfortunately is a business to some, and is run that way. See Casino, and the slots manager. Sometimes you have to "grease" the wheels. It's not necessarily illegal, but everyone knows this happens in every business. If you ain't cheatin', you ain't tryin'!!
Speaking of "finding jobs" for family members of recruits, I wonder why there was no uproar from Gator fans when Muschamp hired Vernon Hargreaves III's sister to a support staff job at UF (she's actually now at USCe w/ Muschamp again).

Didn't we give Charlie Weis's kid a job? Not a recruiting thing, just curious. If you ain't cheatin', you ain't tryin'!!

I know, that's why I said it wasn't a recruiting thing, just couldn't remember the details.Well, it wasn't a "job". He was a freshman at UF and was given a "student assistant" "job". He then transferred to Kansas w/ his dad.....and got the same set up. But he wasn't a player so it's really comparing apples and oranges.
This has whimpering penis jimbo's inferiority complex written all over it. What a beetch.Out of the 130 FBS schools in FBS, I would say, in the SEC, 80 percent [knowingly cheat]. Everywhere else, about 20 percent.
