You're never gonna recruit a team full of Tebows (see Notre Dame). There just ain't enough of them. You need a couple Tebows surrounded by a bunch of Aaron Hernandez's, Pouncy's and Percy Harvins. Ain't none of them dudes going to Church on Sunday. They're going League, not to confession.

There should be a balance, if I'm not mistaken coach Bell was filling that role on the current staff.

The kind of kid we want in Orange and Blue. Go check out St. Thomas or Oxbridge in SFla loaded with quality kids with good families behind them.
