Six very powerful and influential representatives from UF went to NH and met with Kelly. All of the decision makers and contract representatives. I don’t think they went up there to have tea. I also don’t think it would be prudent for Kelly to wait until that meeting to state he wants to vet the UCLA offer. I also don’t believe that these representatives went there to convince him. That’s placing a lot of power in Chip’s hands and although ego is high for these coaches, it’s not like it also doesn’t exist with University presidents either.

It all depends on how’s it’s configured. If there’s only 6 seats, then that’s what they have. On cooperate jets, they usually get the nicer seats which are larger and thus hold less.

Another thought in regards to Chip Kelly to UCLA. California has a state income tax, Florida doesn’t. Not to mention the cost of living difference. However, just looking at the state income tax, UCLA would have to raise well above UF to actually match.

Well, I actually read the book about Chip on a plane last week haha. So, I think I've done more than most. That said, people's desires are dynamic and not binary. Random media members can only guess what Chip is thinking.

Some how I don't think that will bother Kelly. I see him as a one bedroom walkup kind of guy.

Just convert some of the old offices/dorms within BHG into a luxury condo for him. He doesn't need to leave the stadium. Ever.
