UT wanted Mullen about 15 coach offers ago. Pretty sure we're not UT just based on this past coaching search.

It's a coaching, recruiting, everything transition. I don't get what some expected. Looks to me like we're losing the ones we probably needed to lose. Hopefully, we'll gain some of the ones we need to gain. I think that's how it works. I just know Mac's not here so we're still in win mode as far as I'm concerned.

However, with Clown Town in even worse shape and so many other hires also and a good class committed, we have a chance to do better than most transitions. If we land the kid committed to OSU, we can still end up with a great class.

Well he didn't did he. And he never said he would have taken the job there. Talk about jumping the gun. Let me repeat that. YOU HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING HE'D ACCEPT A JOB OFFER FROM UT. In fact, it's pretty well known now that Fulmer was tanking the coaching search to get Currie fired. So do you not think he'd reach out to Mullen too. Was SOS interfering with the coaching search like Fulmer? Did we have about a dozen coaches say no? Did our outgoing coach try to submarine our recruiting class? We had 3 natties last year, they haven't won one since 2009. So if you think we're UT, just root for them. To suggest that we are UT is blasphemous and retarded. Corky has more sense than that.

I wonder about two things, I haven't heard that he's been a recruiter. Wonder if he's always been shaky on OSU or if he's just not taking an initiative.

The other thing I'm curious about is how much the board is going to expand once we get passed the 20th. I'm guessing they put up a bunch of effort for the early signing guys, and now the game will change. I really hope to see a lot more names come out Thursday.

You can rip on Leak all you want, but SOS would have scored 60 with him. He is STILL the career passing leader after serving under two retarded OCs.

What I remember about leak was 88 TD passes and 11,400 yards. It’s scary the numbers he would have put up under SOS.

Not really. They would have all been just as lazy and useless as all the other players had we kept Ole Butterteeth.
