I can only think that this post by Law would set the Pumpers afire, so it made me think of the laundry list of excuses they are coming up with for what was witnessed in this game. i guess time and getting your type of players and establishing your culture is the sole reason why you send 12 guys onto the field coming out of a stoppage in play!!!!!! After a decade of brutal futility how is it possible that they continue to pump?

I am a Pumper for Life and I make no excuses for who I am. Furtherto, I make no excuses for the last night's Chinese Fire Drill. We were outmanned by a better team pure and simple. Savage's SC was not the instant Magic Bullet I expected.

Alas and alack, the 'Cat exposed our reality in plain sight: We have no SEC Frosty QB and no LOS. Double Deathknells in the SEC as we all know them to be.

DM was upfront from the get-go it is going to take a while to right the Good Ship Gator Standard from the Lollipop we were conscripted on to years ago. His Enthusiatic High Energy New and Improved Gatorade derived from leftover lemons still ain't too swooft to swallow but I took a BIIIIIG swig of it anyway in good faith.

Last night was one game. Our Day to bask as we did in G-Glory Days is coming. But not today.

When I turned a man (sic) at 13, my father gave me the sagiest advice he ever bequeathed me: Wish in one hand and shyte in the other and see which one fills up first.

I deal with life as it is not how I wish it to be. I focus on what I can control or influence. Everything else I pay attention to but do not stress over. I refuse to allow anyone in any way, shape or form to suppress or steal my joy.

I cannot control or influence what happens on the field. But I do have absolute control over how I react to what happens between the white lines.

Next week I'll be in The Swamp shouting Orange or Blue and swaying to We Are the Boys no matter the outcome...nuff' said.

Was it just bestowed upon you at 13 that you are now a man or was this after the Bar Mitzvah?

The really frustrating thing is in spite of how poorly we played, we still could have and should have won the game.

Bad call on the FG. It makes no sense that there is no official replay.

Missed seeing the receiver wide open in the endzone on the conversion.

Kentucky's last TD was gratuitous. You change the first two items around and we're in a decidedly better frame of mind.

I’m wIth you brother. Every chance I get to go to Gainesville and hang out with Gators is a great experience. I’ve never had a bad time. Losses are frustrating and makes the ride home seem a little longer but I’m always down for the next trip back.

Franks will probably be pulled for performance reasons in the meat of our schedule if not sooner depending if there is anymore crazy losses. Not sure if it will help anything much this season however.
I see what you're saying and I agree but I feel even with a suitable QB this team has nowhere near the talent to compete with the better teams in this league and nationally. We are still soft as a babies bottom up front offensively and I'm not sure any of our LBer's are D1 quality or size.....I'm also not impressed by what the "new and improved" strength and conditioning crew has showed thus far.

I don't think Mullen has any intention of benching Franks anytime soon. The talk of Trask or Jones right now is a waste of time.
I don't know if this team could win 7 or 8 eight games with Grier QBing them....the oline is soft and stupid when it comes to protection assignments.....the defense is not made up of D1 players with the exception of several positions and as a whole we seem to have fallen even further behind physically after getting our poop pushed in all night at the LOS....

Watched MSU manhandle K State yesterday in The Little Apple with a roster Dan Mullen built: big, strong, fast. A glimmer of hope for Gator future?
Let’s hope. I seem to think he’ll get the roster straight.

Yeah, whatever dude. Despite the character I play on here, I drink one or two drinks per quarter, but some times I go half a year dry.

August admits he gets hammered every afternoon like every other 3-to-6-hour-a-week-working professor. When he manages to post at night, you can tell how little of his faculties are intact.

No doubt he blacks out most nights.
And you’d be wrong again, but hey what’s new? Nothing. Have some more hair of the dog.

Even if Donk is still drunk, does that mean he is wrong? Nope

Clearly S&C was not savage enough and we drank the koolade of hope once again. Both lines as soft as puddin without any killer instinct. Players still running their mouths while playing like shyt. Going to be a long year.

Go Gators

If I see Franks (here it comes) hot dog it more time after a score, I think I'm gonna jump out of the stands and kick him in the shins.

He is a fat 6-5 guy with a rocket arm. He will be on an NFL roster for a while guaranteed. They will sign him on numbers alone and try to "fix" him.
