After a 3-36 coaching record, the Browns fire Hue Jackson. Will they lure Meyer?

Just think of the refreshing new perspective on women Meyer would bring to the Browns lockeroom.

Lincoln Riley's name has already been thrown around and he had to address it at his presser. It was a very unconvincing "I'm not interested".

I thought as soon as Meyer started fighting with the Ohio State upper eschelon that he was likely to be coaching the Browns next season. This firing at this point in time, allows them to search a bit, bring in a sham minority candidate and be ready to interview Meyer as soon as the Ohio State season is over.

Actually that's interesting. I never pictured Urban as a pro coach but it could solve some things for him right now:

1) Gets to bail out on his currently situation
2) No more college recruiting and crapola
Even Urban has to know that Cleveland is where football careers go to die.

I can't help but think there might be a racial component to that decision.
Save it for Tagelwain. I'm going to be out SJW protesting if they start talking about firing that beautiful mind.

Urban's best skill is recruiting, which means jack squat in the NFL.
Special teams and motivation.

Trying to imagine him running spread option in the pros.

Or getting his $200 million babies to play STs.

Anything to kick Suckeyes in the nuts. I'm all for it.

Unless we see the Browns sign Tebow to a multi year deal than I don't envision them getting Urban.

There is absolutely no way i would ever see the Urbam LIAR ever taking an NFL job, even if offered. He has had this nice cozy job for a long time in the Little 10 with maybe 1 to 1 1/2 tough games a year. And now he is getting edgy b/c they are no shoo-in this year. No way he could "stomach" losing 8 to 12 games a year. Look what happened when he knew the jig was up in the SEC. he took off running!

Meyer would get laughed out of the lockerroom the first time he started the hokey champion talk. He's a college lifer.

People said the same things about Pete Carroll, who is ten times hokier than Meyer.
