Low by Cracker was definitely a good one. Candlebox- Far behind was as well. Not sure if that one had been brought up.

Probably my all time favorite one hit wonder though.
Is "hit" defined anywhere in the thread? Like how high on the chart and does it have to be US chart, or are we including "the whole world except the US"?
To many to name, but the first Candlebox album is still one of my favorites first track to last. There were a lot of great bands in that 93-97 range that had one great hit and dissapeared. Another one that isn’t as well known but Far Too Jones had a great first album.
Jump Little Children just falls into the category of lots of great music that not many people have heard.

My wife and I's first concert together was Candlebox in 2008 at Janis... great show...
That's awesome. I remember in middle school when that first one came out I really thought they were going to be big. They had some great songs.
I actually saw a funny article recently where one of the better known bands has been playing nothing but songs from other bands at each show to see if anyone can notice. They do interviews with people in the crowd and they are like wow I forgot how many great songs they did.

Chorus always makes me think of Wuerffel, song came out right after all the hits to the 'echo of the whistle' against FSU.
