Nice start to the CWS!

Do we have the depth in the pitching staff to win it all?

Go Gators!!!

I feel like at some point our hitting HAS to break out right? It seemed like we were on the verge that game. Would be insane to come alive right now.

Great start for the good guys. UofL is a much better hitting team than TCU. but Singer has been pitching great his last two "short" outings, so it could be very interesting. Also will be very helpful if Dyson continues his improved pitching. Looking forward to it. First one down!

Well just when it looked like CSU was gonna ruin Fsu's day, they choke away the lead in epic fashion. Looks like Fsu will slime their way out of this one and stay alive. All the love the announcers are giving them especially during our game with the constant mentioning of their alumni golfer is getting on my d@mn nerves.

Fsu seems to be playing better ball lately, glad they will have to go through LSU and Oregon state to make it to the championship series. Don't see them being able to do that, hope I'm right.

Beavers are way better than everyone. These other games are pretty much nothing more than going thru the motions. Doubt Oregon St loses a single game.

What's all this Oregon State talk? Sure, they're good, but we're the Gators dammit.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor???

Gators need stellar pitching - confound their lineup. Our SS needs to make no errors putting runners in scoring position and extending innings. Give 'em zero dumb-luck chances to hurt us, please. Time for JJ to slap it. Hope trainers got Maldanado on sound footing. He also needs to smack it. Let's have some HRs with men on base. Over-Go Gators.

HRs are somewhat rare in a place that is so large, but some much better hitting would be very welcome.

1) it's baseball, anything can happen
2) our pitching can keep us in any game
3) see #1

Gators are visiting team, up right now ESPN. UL pithcheralready has thrown 94 mph. He throws mostly fastballs.
Winds blowing towards right-field and out. Gators 3-up 3-down. Schwartz made loud contact but flied out to right fielder midway to wall.
