Shelnut gets ejected for a mild, okay, slightly excessive celebration.

Hit your homerun and go back to dugout and be quiet, no reason to be an excited kid after a HR against a rival

What a joke baseball has become.

Well, all sports. Maybe the Saudis should buy college baseball

Too much showboating and attention seeking behavior in today's game. Sportsmanship is really fading.

Well Cags has done his part from the bump. Let's see if it is Philpott or Slater next.

That is as good as Cags can be and that is all we need. He is always going to have a high pitch count b/c he is a strikeout pitcher, but today was proof positive that his stuff is plenty good enough that if he can stay in the strike zone and around the plate he will be fine and all of us will accept the results. This is not a great scrotUM team but they are decent, playing at home and tough situation for Cags with it being hostile environment and the rubber game. He was excellent.

Might not be the popular opinion, but I am glad Shelnut was tossed. He was a JackA$$ and what he did was classless. Carried the bat almost the entire way to 1st base and then flipped it in the air towards the scrotUM dugout. Is there not enough joy beating scrotUM at their place and celebrating with your teammates?

Lastly proof positive that solo HR's are not as hurtful. Seems like we should be up 10 zip not 5 LOL.

I absolutely love the small ball bunt and score we just did right there. Wish we would do that at every opportunity. That's been one of my biggest gripes about Sully. Kudos to him for calling that.

Slater with a 4 pitch walk and then a hit batter with a 6 run lead. Only UF does shyt like this.

Free Passes leads to crooked numbers. Neely is just not a shutdown guy.

Horrendous inning. make two routine pop ups total adventures. Neely having to catch the 3rd out there is ridiculous. Where was 1B?

It looked like 1B was calling him off and he just ignored it. Someone needs to tell him to stay the fook out of the way and let the infielders do their job.

In fairness, Neely threw one awful pitch in the 8th. The bulk of that BS inning is squarely on Slater. And Slater is supposed to be a control pitcher.

Needed that insurance jack heading to bottom 9. Yeesh. Our relief pitching makes dominant outings into late game heart attacks.
