I hear Kiffin doesn’t like being an HC and wants to be an OC in the SEC again
except that he didn't. His last top 10 finish was 2011.I'm sure what you're saying is accurate but I thought firing Miles was a mistake. That dude always had them in the top 10
Pell had Dave Thomas. Stricklin needs to find his Phil Knight. This would be over now.If Kelly ends up at UF he's going to be the reason we are dragged into the modern era of college football in terms of facilities and program management. He could end up being a Charley Pell type in terms of contributions to the infrastructure of the program. Kelley might go down as one of the greatest. Right guy, right time for a paradigm shift in our football fortunes. Stricklin needs to get it done!
Sensitive to the negotiations I am sure he has a pre-arrangement with his buddies at the mothership Do Not Bring This Up.Isn't Kelly on ESPN2? We need to keep our eyes and ears peeled because at some point today someone's going to ask him re the Florida job. His response could provide some clue as to where this is at.

*edit-Dude I didn't see your previous post
He's clearly the "home run hire" of this cycle, but that does not mean there are not legitimate concerns around him. How long will he stick around? Will he put in the effort in recruiting? Will he be successful in the SEC? I feel like he's the surest bet out there right now, but those who believe its all reward with zero risk and that he's going to be winning the national championship in year 2 are just kidding themselves. The difference between him and say Frost or Norvell is that he sustained success at a bigtime program for more than just a season, so his resume suggests he knows what it takes to be successful.Am I the only one who is not exactly thrilled with the possibility of Chip Kelly being hired? I don’t know why, I just don’t have a good feeling about it.
Maybe. Maybe CK Is going to throw a bone to ESPN and allow them to break the news.Meyer was asked re his intentions when he was on the set of ESPN. It's not as if it's some broad unspoken truth that you don't. And if Kelly doesn't, then you go to the program director and ask if there is an agreement in place not to talk.
Sports reporting is no different than any other line of work. The more you dig, the more you get.

Dilly DillyIm tired of hearing out of respect for this guy or that guy.. You dont hold off on a home run hire announcement due to someones feelings when youre program is floundering. He may be a great guy, ok cool. but he's also a professional and understands this is a business.
Ppl are on tv saying UF better watch out today against UAB... U A B. Are you friggan kidding me? We've fallen this far and we're worried about ppl's feelings when we have a program defining hire right at our fingertips?? GET IT DONE!
Very little likelihood that Coral sees himself fitting in any of the option offenses being mentioned for our next HC, Kelly, Frost, Norvel, Mullins, Strong, Taggart, any of them. Before or after Corral flips to Bama??
I love how people want to spend others money.
You'll be in a purgatory of watching chumps and butters offenses for an eternity.....
Stay alive and fight for change
Their will be more people watching his segment on ESPN 2, thank our game today. And prolly more worry.Maybe. Maybe CK Is going to throw a bone to ESPN and allow them to break the news.
