FSU is up 6-0. It looks like FSU is coming to Gainesville. This is a great opportunity for Florida to erase an embarrassing record this past year that neither FSU or Florida hardly ever have happen. If UF can win the series, that will erase the winning record that FSU baseball has against UF this year. That would make null the sweep of the major men's sports, football, basketball, and baseball, that FSU currently has for this year.

Should see some stellar crowds out at McKethan Stadium this weekend. Wish I could be there.

In other baseball news, Mike Zunino (former Gator and current Mariner Catcher) is still batting below the Mendoza line, with 59 stikeouts in 142 at bats (ouch!). His play behind the plate is the only thing keeping him from seeing a return to AAA ball at this time. The M's recently acquired another catcher from the Cubs (Castillo), but Mike is still getting the majority of starts (for now).
