Copeland will be outside next year for sure. I mean going forward if Toney is ready this year. They dont play the same position. Copeland will be an outside receiver (X or Z) and Toney is a slot.
Before you say, hey Ive seen him at slot, we do SOMETIMES line up the Y, H, or F outside to get a favorable matchup of our X or Z on a safety or OLB, but Cope will be one of our featured outside guys next year, probably with Wells I guess.
Sophomore. What year is PItts? Please tell me he has another year?
Cleveland and Grimes are the Ys right now. Toney will split, or take, time from them.Copeland will be outside next year for sure. I mean going forward if Toney is ready this year.
Yeah, not as disastrous as you'd think.Cool. Cope, Toney, and Pitts is a good starting point for having a decent set of receivers.
I don't think they are in competition with each other, they both should be on the field next year.I'm no Toney hater or anything, but imo Copeland already looks better. He's more physical and fights for the ball. I know he's had some bad drops, but he's also made some outstanding plays. I'm glad he's getting game reps finally.
I think Grimes should stay.Yeah, not as disastrous as you'd think.
Grimes is a JR., on the outside chance he stays.
Grimes will be back aswellCool. Cope, Toney, and Pitts is a good starting point for having a decent set of receivers.
