People were blown away by the sheer idiocy of his moral equivalency. But to each their own.
He literally posted that both are common, minor infractions and challenged anyone who was drawing a distinction between them. Did you not bother reading that? Please tell us how common it is for you to commit credit card fraud?I don't think he was trying to make any such moral equivalency. I believe he was just making the point that many many not so innocent people like to point fingers and poo poo when others aren't so innocent either.
I should say, they have the option to throw your ass in jail.I think Fever is correct on the speeding/jail thing. Many moons ago, I got caught going... 96 in a 55 (on US1 through Bayard).... no jail, just an expensive ticket, and probably the worst ass chewing of my life.
I went to school for that ticket to get the points removed. Proudly, I was the most over the speed limit. By a long shot.
I have never heard a patrolman letting someone off doing over 100....outside of another patrolman, DA, or other LEO.Granted, this was about 18yrs ago, but I was pulled over on I-95 in South Carolina for doing 103 (vehicle was topped out) in a a 60-65 zone. I had no form of identification, left it in Virginia the previous night when we were out drinking. I *SHOULD* have been hauled in, and expected such, but only got a citation and court fees.

7 Judge players and staff, especially ye that have never played or coached.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, dumpers will voice damnation and pumpers will blindly deny.
Slick, I don't think any of us want to lose... but to say that our players committed credit card fraud, but it's no big deal is a joke.
There is a god!Didn't read through all 31 pages but wondered if anyone had posted this yet:

I purchased a membership to PornHub and Big Naturals (BOGO). Once the wife saw the credit card bill, I told her my card was stolen and sold on the Dark Web by an Estonian. She didn't buy itPlease tell us how common it is for you to commit credit card fraud?
How is the view from your moral high horse? You'd be wrong...I under report...in other words, I do not claim all that I can or could. Not worth the hassel. Plus I am tired of ****ers complaining about not paying taxes. Maybe if you paid your taxes for all the give aways you like we would not have the problems we do.
Its called principles.
Oh shut up entoprocta. How is the view from your moral high horse?
Oh, and it's called not liking to be a hypocrite. How is the view from your moral high horse?
You should have said OX and she'd believe you.I purchased a membership to PornHub and Big Naturals (BOGO). Once the wife saw the credit card bill, I told her my card was stolen and sold on the Dark Web by an Estonian. She didn't buy it
One player committed credit card fraud. These scholarship cards are not debit/credit cards as you need a bank for these. UF isn't a FICA certified bank to give out credit/debit cards. These are student Fn IDs that they can swipe at dining facilities, etc. think prison ID and getting stuff from the commissary. These accounts are not checking/savings accounts. They are University controlled pots of money. That's it!!
And it probably has been going on for awhile and nobody said anything....until they did...and it gets into institutional control....If they defrauded anyone it's the university and it's up to the university to press charges against anyone. The only reason this is becoming a problem is the criminal investigation and the university cooperating with the police and opened the Shyte can of worms
